Coachbase Documentation

Welcome to the Coachbase docs. Here you'll find everything you need to set up, configure, and get the most out of the platform — from managing athlete profiles to generating full training programs and tracking performance over time.

What is Coachbase?

Coachbase is a gym management platform built specifically for personal trainers and coaching teams. It dramatically reduces programming workload by generating customized, injury-aware training sessions and programs for each individual athlete.

Instead of building sessions by hand or copying programs between athletes, coaches configure a program once and let Coachbase generate the sessions — using the athlete's real profile data, active injury flags, and previous performance results.

💡
Key difference

Programs are generated dynamically from real athlete data — not pre-built templates. Every session adapts to injury flags, previous results, and current training state.
