The to-do system is a lightweight task manager built directly into the coaching workflow. Keep track of athlete follow-ups, programming tasks, and admin work — all in one place, organized into folders.
The to-do system is personal to each coach — tasks are not shared between team members unless explicitly discussed. It's designed for the kinds of tasks that fall through the cracks: following up on an injury, sending a program, booking a review session, or noting something to check at the next training.
A to-do widget on the main dashboard shows your most recent uncompleted tasks so you're reminded without needing to navigate to the full list.
Short description of the task. Displayed in the widget and the full task list.
Folder this task belongs to. Tasks without a folder appear in the default Inbox folder.
When toggled, the task moves to the Completed section of its folder. Completed tasks can be un-completed if needed.
Archived tasks are hidden from all views but not permanently deleted. Recoverable from the Archive section in folder settings.
Organize tasks by creating folders. Common folder setups used by coaches:
Folders can be created, renamed, and reordered. Deleting a folder moves all its tasks to the Inbox before removal.
The to-do widget on the dashboard shows the most recent 5 uncompleted tasks across all folders. Click any task to navigate to it in the full to-do view. The widget also shows a count of total uncompleted tasks — a quick way to see if your list is getting long.
Check off a task by clicking the circle to the left of the title. Completed tasks move to the bottom of their folder's list under a Completed separator. To clear completed tasks, select Archive Completed from the folder menu — this archives all completed items in that folder in one action.
