Coachbase supports multi-coach teams. Each coach has their own login and dashboard view, while team admins manage permissions, athlete assignments, and team settings.
Multi-coach team support is currently in beta. The core features are stable, but more granular permission controls and coach-specific reporting are in development.

Team admins can invite new coaches from the Coaches section in the sidebar. Invitations are sent by email via Firebase Auth. The invitee receives a secure sign-up link that expires after 48 hours.

Once the invitation is accepted, the coach appears in the team's coach list and can log in immediately.
By default, all coaches on the team can see and manage all athletes. Admins can optionally restrict coaches to specific athletes — useful for large teams where each coach manages a distinct roster.
Athlete assignment is managed from the athlete's profile under Settings → Assigned Coach. Multiple coaches can be assigned to the same athlete.
The Coaches view shows all active coaches on the team with their role, last active date, and number of assigned athletes. Admins can:
Suspended coaches cannot log in but their data (programs, results, notes) is preserved. Removing a coach permanently revokes access — their data is reassigned to the admin.
