Manage who's on your team, what rights they have, and which athletes are linked to which coach.
Coaches within your team can have two kinds of access:
Automatically has all rights, including managing other coaches, team settings, and the subscription.
If a coach isn't a team admin, you can toggle specific rights per coach:

| Manage team athletes | Plan trainings, log results, adjust programs, and manage data for all athletes on the team — not just the athletes specifically linked to this coach. |
| Manage exercises | Adjust which exercises are available for the team, and which exercises are excluded from circuit training. |
| Manage equipment | Adjust which equipment and dumbbell weights are available. |
| Manage coaches | Add other coaches, adjust their data/rights, or remove them. |
| Manage billing & subscription | Change the subscription and manage payment details. |
| Manage team settings | Adjust team data: company name, VAT number, contact details. |
Personal app settings always stay separately configurable for every coach, regardless of these rights. A coach also can't change their own rights or their own email address — this prevents anyone from accidentally or deliberately granting themselves more rights.
If you have the "Manage coaches" right yourself (or are a team admin), you can add a new coach:
The email address can only be set once and can't be changed afterwards — so double-check it carefully before saving.
Once this is saved, that person can create their own account via the app's sign-up page, using exactly that email address. As soon as they log in with that email address, they automatically see their own coach profile for your team, with the rights you set. You don't need to "link" anything else yourself — it's enough that the new coach creates an account with the same email address you entered.
