What do you manage here?

Set, per piece of equipment, whether it's available, and how many of it you have in your gym.
Dumbbell weights are managed separately: this is a series of numbers (which weights you have on hand) rather than a simple on/off list. You can build it from default suggestions or set it up entirely yourself.
